• Audit data: scores, API responses, recommendations generated
• Payment information: processed and stored securely by Stripe (we do not store card details)
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, audit history

2. How We Use Your Information

• To run your digital authority audit using third-party APIs
• To generate and display your FrameScore
• To send transactional emails (audit results, score changes, billing)
• To display your profile on the public ranking page (if opted in)
• To improve the accuracy and features of the Service

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate FrameScore:

• Google APIs — for Knowledge Graph and search data
• OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity — for AI recognition analysis
• Stripe — for payment processing
• Resend — for transactional email delivery
• DigitalOcean — for hosting and infrastructure

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and audit data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@framescore.io
