Refund Policy
One-Time Audits (€10 and €99)
One-time audit purchases are non-refundable once the audit has been completed and results have been delivered to your account.
If your audit fails to complete due to a technical error on our side, you are entitled to either a full refund or a free re-audit. Contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@framescore.io
Pro Monthly Subscription (€25/month)
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain Pro access until then.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.
If you are charged after cancellation due to a technical error, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@framescore.io with:
- Your account email address
- The date of purchase
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
